Why doesn’t my event appear in EventHero after connecting Eventbrite?

If, after entering your Eventbrite User API Key, your event doesn’t appear in your EventHero account, you should check to ensure that your Eventbrite login (and subsequently, your User API Key) has the correct permissions.

First, check to see if you’re the primary Eventbrite account owner for this event. If you’re not (and you’re using Eventbrite’s Multi-User Access Controls) you may not have permission to expose your event from Eventbrite to outside services, like EventHero.
